Ticket times are ARRIVAL TIMES ONLY and NOT the time you will enter the attraction! You will not be permitted entry to the event until your booked arrival time slot or any earlier than 15mins, please do not arrive any later than 15mins after. We cannot garauntee entry for anyone turning up later than 15mins after your booked arrival time. Please expect to queue. By having these arrival times, you help us to keep the queue wait times down to the minimum possible.
We recommend you creating an account on checkout, this way, if you need to change your booking date or time, you can log in and do so. Booking ammendment fees apply. (£5pp will be charged to change a booking capped at £30 for groups larger than 6) There are NO refunds, once you have made a booking, you can only ammend it by logging in to the account you created.
Our age recommendation is 16yr +, however we will allow anyone aged 12yrs+ in the attraction as long as anyone aged between 12 to 17yrs old is accompanied by an adult.
Enola The Experience. Please note that this is not part of your general admission ticket for Christmasacre - The Cage: Lights Out!, you must purchase a seperate ticket for Enola.
Entry to Enola is strictly for ages 18+ only! Tickets for Enola can be purchased online or at the attraction. Tickets for Enola are sold at a first come first serve basis within each arrival time and are EXTREMELY LIMITED due to the nature of the attraction. ID (proof of age) maybe required to purchase a ticket for Enola, if you are lucky enough to look under 18yrs of age! Please be prepared to show this before being permitted entry. Please read the Terms and Conditions when buying tickets for ENOLA, as there are NO REFUNDS.
