Before purchasing a ticket for ENOLA - The Experience, please be aware that you MUST be 18yrs+. 

When you arrive, you will need to check in and book a time slot for your appointment in Enola. Your ticket you purchase online is just a reserved place that can only be used on the night you have chosen. You do not have to purchase a ticket for Christmasacre - O Holy Fright to buy a ticket and experience Enola. (Unless online tickets sell out, then you will have to purchase a ticket for Christmasacre - O Holy Fright to experience Enola, which tickets will then only be available at the check in desk each night)

If you are just experienceing Enola, please arrive anytime between opening and closing of the main attraction. This is if you are only purchasing Enola tickets, if you are purchasing tickets for both attractions, please arrive at the time you have booked for Christmasacre - O Holy Fright. The time on your Enola ticket is NOT the time to arrive (This is likley to say 7pm / 7:30pm, this is simply just the time Enola opens. Your Enola ticket is an open ticket for the night you have booked for.  

Tickets are very limited online, a select amount of tickets can be purchased on the night at the attraction subject to availability.

You will experience this attractions ALONE!

You will be asked to sign a waiver before entering the experience. If you do not accept the rules and the waiver, you will not be granted entry. You must not be under the influence of drugs or alcohol. If you are deemed unfit to enter for any reason, managment and Walsall Scare Maze staff reserve the right to refuse entry. There are NO REFUNDS. By purchasing a ticket, you agree that you are aware of the rules and procedures in place. A copy of the waiver is available to read on our website. 

Warning, this experience may involve but is not limited to:

live actors | sudden loud noises sudden movements | extreme low visibility tight and confined spaces | strobe lighting smoke/haze effects | foul scents Water effects | insects | eating  foul language | electric shocks muscle stimulation machines (TENS) haircuts/waxing/shaving | nudity visual representations of a sexual nature a physically demanding environment removal of personal items/clothing.

DO not participate in this experience if you have asthma, claustrophobia, epilepsy, seizures, are pregnant, have serious allergies (including latex), have heart conditions, have a pace maker/defibrillator fitted, have physical limitations or had surgery recently. you must be 18+ and you must sign the waiver. you will be refused entry if you are under the influence of  alcohol, drugs or are deemed unfit to participate. you will be touched, physically moved or manhandled! Do not touch anyone or anything inside. no drinking or eating! no smoking or vaping! you must wear sensible footwear and clothing. Caps, hoods or masks are not to be worn inside. photography and videography is strictly prohibited, you must put all mobile phones, cameras and smart watches away! You are not permitted to take any personal belongings in to the experience. You must adhere to all requests and rules! Rude or violent behaviour will not be tolerated. Anyone not abiding by the rules will cause the experience to stop and you will be removed. Walsall scare maze take no responsibility for personal belongings or clothing that may get damaged, ripped or stained when inside the experience. CCTV is recording throughout the entire attraction. There are no refunds! management reserve the right to refuse entry to anyone or stop the experience and close the attraction without warning. You enter at your own risk, please read the waiver fully before signing. by purchsaing a ticket you agree to all the terms and conditions.
