Ticket times are arrival times only and are not the exact time you will enter the attraction.
You will not be permitted entry to the event before your booked arrival time slot, although you may arrive up to 15 minutes early. Please do not arrive more than 15 minutes after your booked arrival time. We cannot guarantee entry for anyone arriving later than 15 minutes after their booked slot.
Please expect to queue. Arrival time slots help us manage guest flow and keep waiting times as low as possible.
Scare Combo tickets give entry into the main scare maze experience and the immersive theatrical horror experience. Your immersive theatrical horror experience time will be given to you upon arrival. You will enter the main scare maze experience first. You cannot purchase tickets for the immersive theatrical experience seperatley.
There are NO gate tickets. All tickets must be purchased online only. There is a limtied capacity per attraction, per night.
We recommend creating an account during checkout. This allows you to log in and amend your booking date or time if needed. Booking amendment fees apply. A fee of £5 per person will be charged to change a booking, capped at £30 for groups larger than 6 people.
All tickets are non-refundable. Once a booking has been made, it can only be amended by logging into the account created at checkout.
Our recommended age is 16+. However, guests aged 12+ may enter the attraction, provided anyone aged 12 to 17 is accompanied by an adult.
